About the Book
A Great Work is a story of faith, hope, and perseverance. It encourages all of us whose dreams and hopes seem to be gone to be of good cheer and keep believing that all things are working together for our good. As I look back at my life, I am reminded that there is no strength, perseverance, or hope without divine intervention, and therefore, it is important to know that faith will, at some point, be the only key that will unlock all the possibilities we need to finish a great work, see miracles, and renew our strength to keep moving forward. For those who are waiting on a miracle, this story will inspire you to rest in the depth of God’s promises to keep believing that your story does not have to end the same way it started, regardless of your current circumstances and the challenges you face. For the humble and weary, there is hope. For all the dreamers like me, God is able to do more than you can imagine, so believe in your vision, be at peace with yourself, and keep dreaming. Finally, for those who have lost everything, I want to remind you that the eleventh hour of the night is the darkest time of the day and yet it is the turning point for a new day. God knows, God sees, and God hears you, so cheer up, keep fighting the good work, and be confident that He who has begun a great work in you is faithful to finish it,
Synopsis (About the author)
Sidney Andre was born in Luanda, Angola. In 2014, he moved to the United States to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. He attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2018-2021. He is the founder of “A Great Work Foundation”, which helps students by providing scholarships to allow them to continue with their education.
